What Is The Deadline For Making A Claim?

In England & Wales the deadline for making a claim is March 31st 2026.

What Is The Claim Process?

broke-it.co.uk will validate you have the right clauses in your insurance documents for the relevant time period. We will then introduce you to our loss adjustor partner, Pragmaticum, who as qualified loss adjustors will quantify the potential size of your claim.

Once your claim has been validated and quantified, you can either instruct Pragmaticum to claim your settlement directly from your insurance provider.
